Hoping to get out an update to this sometime next year, because unfortunately we wrote it before Twitter and ning blew up, which makes it seem a little out of date now.  However, there are still some amazing case studies presented by sustainable food advocates who are really leveraging social media for social change.  Also, looking forward to contributing soon!  </description>
